These wipes are sturdy workhorses. They definitely are thick so you don't have to worry about wiping (especially a BM) and having everything go right through the wipe and needing to pull out another 2-3 wipes. These last a long time because they are so thick and durable. One wipe will be more than enough for a regular wiping and for a BM, you'd probaby only need 2 rather than the 4-6 that would end up being used with other brands.Not to mention these are are quite smooth. They are thick so obviously they are not floppy and soft like fluff because there's more of the actual wipe. I'm going to go with silky smooth to describe their feel. My baby has suuuuuuper sensitive skin and loves these. I only wish they made these 3 kids ago! =) Special Note....this brand does make a scented version (baby powder scent). I love the smell of baby powder, but the scent on those wipes is EXTREMELY strong... They feel like cloth and handle like a paper towel, doing a good job of wiping. It is stiffer than Seventh Generation but not as stiff as Grovia. The size of the wipes seems to be on the larger size compared to most other wipes. Unlike Seventh Generation unscented, which leaves a perfumey smell, Babyganics do not leave a scent and smell really clean. Unfortunately, I often see white lint when I used it on the baby. I suppose it's from being biodegradable, meaning that it's supposed to break down easily. At first, I tried to wipe the lint off with the other side of the wipe, but it just made more lint. Sometimes using another wipe helps, but sometimes it just makes more lint. Each box comes with 4 packages, which are about 2 inches high, a bit larger than most refill packages of wipes.
